Momentum Properties (“we”) operates WeCanBuyIt.com as a cash-offer site. This note explains how we handle the information you actually send us.

What we collect

Offer forms, chat, and appointment requests may include name, phone, email, property address, condition, timeline, motivation, preferred appointment windows, and the page you were on. If you arrive from an ad, we also keep the campaign parameters and click ids from that visit (utm fields, fbclid, gclid), the landing path, and the referrer, and we send them with the lead. We also receive ordinary server logs (IP, user agent) from hosting. If a Meta pixel id is configured, a page view can load after you interact with the page, and a successful offer request can be sent to Meta with a shared event id. Nothing loads when those values are blank. Call and text consent is recorded only if you check the box.

How we use it

To return a cash-offer conversation, book a Google Calendar slot, call you back, or — when a lead is tagged retail_listing_candidate or dual_path — hand off a listing conversation through a webhook you configure (including a Lofty stub). We do not sell your personal information.

Chat

If a chat API key is configured, messages may be sent to that provider to generate a reply. Demo mode does not call a model. Either way, do not paste Social Security numbers or bank logins into the chat.
